The Tenancy Agreement or Lease will require the following:
- A credit check, a reference check, and/or a guarantor;
- A rental deposit to be applied towards last month's rent;
- Proof of Tenant Liability Insurance;
- A tenancy term of not less than 6 months; and
- No indoor smoking.
The rent does not include utitilies (hydro, telephone, cable, internet).
